Aside from all the celeb-spotting and interviewing many of the fashion crowd, we also noticed some big eyewear trends. Here’s our round-up.WARNING: Major sunglasses envy!
Round Sunglasses
Round shades have been a trend for quite some time and after spotting this retro-style frame both on and off the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week, it’s safe to say that we’ll still be seeing them in Spring/Summer 2016.

Transparent Lenses
Sunglasses with lightly colored shades and gradients were all the rage on the streets of Milan and featured in a number of catwalk collections including that of Emilio Pucci. Check out some of the trendsetters we spotted making a pretty strong case for investing in this style next season.

Mirrored Sunglasses
Mirrored sunnies are another die hard eyewear trend so it was no surprise to see fashion mavericks like Anna dello Russo sporting a pair. She wasn’t the only one though and the number of interesting variations of mirrored sunglasses shows that even staple eyewear styles can get a much needed update.
Cat Eye Sunglasses
The cat eye shape is also another style which was trending in a big way at Milan Fashion Week. Mostly seen on women, the sleek, feline style was sported by both older and younger women alike. One of the most popular models include the Fendi® Iridia model as seen below.
Crazy Shape Sunglasses
Rivalling some of the wacky outfits we saw were some of the even crazier sunglasses styles. These frames are not for the faint-hearted and require a certain level of confidence and pizazz to pull off. Check out Sara Behboud and another unknown (but super stylish!) fashionista wearing an awesome pair of sunnies which mix round and square elements.
