It was a mix of new talent and big guns for Fashion Week A/W 2016/2017 which, as to be expected, did not disappoint. Brands like Burberry delighted with a presentation of dramatic and intricately crafted sunglasses whilst other brands like Celine delivered with minimalistic designs and oversized shapes. New York Fashion Week

This year’s fashion week in New York highlighted some of the newest changes in the industry. ‘See now, buy now,’ was in full swing with designers mixing collections and presenting styles closer to the current season. The experience was highlighted by a surreal show featuring satirical shows promoting the new movie Zoolander 2.

London Fashion Week

London Fashion Week featured an eclectic range of bold and dazzling styles. This year was marked by particularly varied mix of elements and influences, including glitter and shines, cultural elements from literature, and even themes of romance inspired by international musicians. Taking note from the New York Fashion Week, many pieces on show were also offered for immediate purchase much to the pleasure of buyers.

Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion week hosted a complex but invigorating range of themes. Italian heavy weight designers were out in full force in the fashion metropolis, with Gucci and Prada confidently represented. Armani was also on show, proposing a range of timeless luxurious office attire and athleisure. Other designers displayed collections based on highly contrasting themes including exotic desert undertones and even deeply intellectual pieces.

Paris Fashion Week

Paris Fashion Week was not an event to be taken lightly. Frequented by a range of the fashion elite, power labels and international luxury brands made their presence known with this year’s stunning collections. Louis Vuitton made an interesting return to original design inspiration with other designers composing with a diverse range of themes including 1980’s and international cities.
